Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Registration

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and mobile number.

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kl89 will close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bonus claims, and may close the original account if fraud is suspected.

Account Security

Deposits

kl89 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account verification status.

All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and reflected in the Player's account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. kl89 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kl89 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available (non-bonus) account balance at any time via the kl89 account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• A standard wagering requirement of 30x applies to bonus funds, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered in full thirty times before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Closure

kl89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation in response to a KYC or compliance request within the stated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a charge-back from a payment provider in connection with the Player's account.
